At OXYMAX we want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee that we will refund your product within 10 working days but following these easy steps.
- Contact the OXYMAX Team at email@example.com or toll-free on 1800 699 629 to obtain an authorisation number.
- Return unopened/unused saleable merchandise to our Head Office quoting the unique authorisation number.
- Ensure product is shipped to OXYMAX Head Office and received within 10 working days.
Packages not returned within 10 working days and do not follow the easy steps as stated above will be refused.
Packages that have been used, broken or not saleable will be refused.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the return items are an error on behalf of OXYMAX.
Cancel or Modify an order:
When you are satisfied and wish to complete your order, we checkout using PayPal Pay with Credit or Debit Card. You will be taken to another screen for an option to pay using your own PayPal account or with Credit or Debit Card. At this screen is the only time that you can cancel or modify your order and return to the OXYMAX website. Once your order enters the shipping process by being “sent”, no further changes can be made. You must immediately email a Customer Service Representative on firstname.lastname@example.org or via our toll free hotline: 1800 699 629 to make any changes to your order when it is in “On Process” status.
