RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 cups rice or almond milk (non dairy)
3 strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 banana
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbls greek yoghurt or dairy free coconut ice-cream (Cocofrio)
2 tbls vegan protein powder (RAW Amazonia)
5-10 ml Oxymax
Toppings:
coconut chips
goji berries
cacao nibs
Method:
Blend all in a vitamix/nutribullet or fast motor blender, very quickly. You do not want to kill off enzymes from the fresh produce from blenders that heat up and take too long to blend.
Top with good fats from coconut and goji berries and cacao which are high in anti-oxidants.
Drink and enjoy immediately.
